Ingredients;
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup canola oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup cake flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
Directions:
Preheat the ove to 350 degrees F. Mix ingredients together. Divide among baking cups in a muffin pan. Bake untill tops spring back when lightly tapped, 20-25 minutes.
