Ingredients:
1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup sour cream
1/3 cup vegetable oil
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
3/4 cup cake flour
1/3 cup cake flour
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
3/4 teaspoon baking soda
3/4 cup butterscotch morsels
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F or 180 degrees C. Mix all ingredients together, then divide amongst baking cups. Bake until the tops spring back when lightly tapped, 20-25 minutes. Cool on wire rack. Enjoy!
