Apple Spice Cupcakes

So this weekend I pretty much had an apple weekend.  I made applesauce and made apple spice cupcakes.  I've been looking for a long time for an apple cupcake recipe.  I couldn't create my own because that's really hard in the fruit category.  I went on Cooks.com and found a really nice recipe, that has been tested and greatly aproved of.  Here is a link.  Please click here to access.
